Shipping policy
At RubberStamp.my, we aim to deliver your custom rubber stamps as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process, including the Instant Shipping option for customers in the Klang Valley area.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 business day after the order is placed.
- Custom products, such as rubber stamps, are made to order, and processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Instant Shipping (Klang Valley Only)
For customers within the Klang Valley area, we offer an Instant Shipping option:
- Instant Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day after the order is processed.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 2 PM on a business day will be processed and shipped on the same day for delivery.
- For Orders Placed After 2 PM: Orders placed after 2 PM with the Instant Shipping option will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- This service is only available for addresses within the Klang Valley area.
3. Standard Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
For areas outside Klang Valley, we offer nationwide shipping across Malaysia. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the destination.
4. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery:
- Pos Malaysia
- DHL
- J&T Express
- Lalamove
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Malaysia.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.
7. Shipping Delays
Although we aim to deliver your order promptly, some delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Courier service delays
RubberStamp.my is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will assist in tracking your shipment and resolving any issues.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@rubberstamp.my We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.
9. Address Errors
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. RubberStamp.my is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address after placing your order.
10. Shipping Restrictions
We ship to all states in Malaysia. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
