- Accuracy of Colors and Materials: We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.

As per our Return and Refund Policy, all custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement if deemed appropriate.

We offer nationwide delivery within Malaysia. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout.
- Delivery Time: We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Lost or Delayed Orders: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters.
